Description:
The mung bean (Vigna radiata) is one of the most important short-season, summer-cultivated legumes. The seeds and sprouts are excellent sources of antioxidants in China, India, Bangladesh, and Southeast Asia. It has been known to be an excellent source of protein, dietary fiber, minerals, vitamins, and significant amounts of bioactive compounds, including polyphenols, polysaccharides, and peptides. Hence, it becoming a popular functional food in promoting good health. The mung bean has been documented to ameliorate hyperglycemia, hyperlipemia, and hypertension, and prevent cancer and melanogenesis, as well as possess hepatoprotective and immunomodulatory activities.
External Uses: It also used to externally for head bath.
External Usage: While bathing have to take 2 teaspoon powder mix with water then apply to hair and whole body then bath.

Description:
Nutmeg has a characteristic pleasant fragrance and is slightly warm taste, mostly related to various activities of their essential oils, such as antimicrobial, antioxidant, antifungal spasmolytic, carminative, hepatoprotective, antiviral, anticarcinogenic, memory enhancer, antidiarrheal, anti inflammatory etc.
Traditional Uses: It is found effective as a stimulant, carminative as well as for intestinal catarrh and colic. It stimulates appetite, heart functioning, control flatulence, and has a reputation as an emmenagogue (to promote and regulate menstrual flow) and abortifacien. It is used as a remedy for stomach ache, rheumatism and vomiting of pregnancy.
Western Medicine: In Western medicine nutmeg is used as a stomachic, stimulant, carminative as well as for intestinal catarrh and colic, headaches, diarrhoea, vomiting, nausea, fever, bad breath, to stimulate appetites and to control flatulence. It is also valuable for its aphrodisiac and anti-inflammatory properties.
Therapeutic Uses: பசிதீக்குறைவு, இருமல் (Cough), பெருகளிச்சல், விந்துக்குறைவு (Oligospermia).

Dosage: After night food, take 1/4 teaspoon (1g) powder mix with honey or water & drink (or) as directed by physician.

Traditional Uses: Seeds of Velvet Bean has a long history of use in Indian Ayurvedic medicine where it is used for worms, dysentery, diarrhea, snakebite, sexual debility, cough, tuberculosis, impotence, rheumatic disorders, muscular pain, gonorrhea, sterility, gout, delirium, dysmenorrhea, diabetes, and cancer. In India, it is considered an aphrodisiac, emmenagogue, uterine stimulant, nerve tonic, diuretic, and blood purifier.
Therapeutic Uses: அழல் (Pitta humour), இரத்தபோக்கு (Blood dysentery), ஐய நோய்கள் (Diseases due to deranged kappa humour), கரப்பான் (Eczema), வலி (Pain).

Dosage: At morning & night after food, take 1 teaspoon (5g) powder mix with honey or warm milk & drink (or) as directed by physician.
