Description: Sweet Orange or Orange (Citrus sinensis L. Osbeck) is a small evergreen tree 7.5 m high and in some cases up to 15 m. It originated from southern China where it has been cultivated for many years, but is today grown commercially worldwide in tropical, semi-tropical and some warm temperate regions to become the most widely planted fruit tree in the world. Citrus fruits are the main source of important phytochemical nutrients and antioxidant properties. Also, scientifically proven that oranges being rich in vitamins and minerals have many health benefits. Moreover, it is now appreciated that other biologically active, non-nutrient compounds found in citrus fruits such as phytochemical antioxidants, soluble and insoluble dietary fibres are known to be helpful in reducing the risk for cancers, many chronic diseases like arthritis, obesity and coronary heart diseases. It contains excellent source of vitamin C, involves powerful natural antioxidant, folate, dietary fibre and other bioactive components like carotenoids and flavonoids that prevent cancer and degenerative diseases. External Usage: Before to sleep take 2 teaspoon (10g) powder mix with curd or rose water then apply in face and wash after 45 minutes or at awake in morning.
