Therapeutic Uses:

It possesses immense medicinal value and applied for both internal as well as external. Externally, it is used for wounds, hemorrhages, burning sensation. Internally, it is used for various diseases like hysteria, bleeding in dysentry, epilepsy, piles, diarrhea, syphilis and urinary tract infection.

Common Description: Cynodon Dactylon is a weedy grass and it is one of the ten auspicious herbs that composes in the group ‘Dasapuspam’ in Ayurveda.
